After a very succesful and busy season we are re-entering the Wedding Fayre season for 2012/2013 bookings which sees us out in the Wedding industry and promoting our business and vehicles.
So why are the Wedding Fayres important to our future clients and our succesful business???
Wedding Fayres give the Bride/Groom and future clients a chance to view the vehicles and discuss their requirements in a very relaxed and casual atmosphere but also allowing them to see if the vehicles are suitable for their needs. It also shows them the condition of the vehicle and the knowledge that they will be booking the vehicle they desire as many vehicles look great on a website but when up close can look terrible and not be as origanlly expected. The interior of a vehicles is very important as do you have the size of the Wedding party and the Dress to consider. The Wedding Fayre gives you the opportunity to sit in the vehicle and see if it will work for you and your party. Also meeting the business owners will give you a great insight into how friendly, approachable and flexible the company is with your requirements and if you will feel realxed with them taking part in your special day. It allows you to also look at alternatives in a friendly but competitive market.
As a business a Wedding Fayre keeps us informed about the current Wedding market. It is a chance to socialise with like-minded people and share our products with each other reciprocally after the event has finished. It is like forming a network of business associates which we feel would benefit future clients when discussing their Wedding plans. It also allows us to meet couples who are looking for certain ideas and money saving products for their Wedding Day. It gives us the opportunity to promote our products and vehicles directly rather than via Email or Website viewings. But most of all it helps us to extend our business profile publicly to those who would never consider our product when researching their Dream Wedding. Wedding Fayres do offer a variety of products which makes them competitive which is a great thing to have as each client has a certain budget to adhere to so it allows us the chance to barter with the client to offer our service at an affordable rate especially if they are booking more than one vehicle/product from us. Competition stops us being blase about our high ranking and highly reputable business but we do advise cleints to view any competitors vehicles along with ours before making a final decision on their booking as most often a cheaper vehicle means the condition is not as impressive and a lower standard of service is supplied.
