LoveDub Weddings - A Journey to Success

Charity, Tree planting, VW Wedding Favors and driftwood table names

At the national Welsh Wedding Fayre held in the Millenium Staduim, Cardiff tommorrow 9th October, LoveDub Weddings will also be showing our range of VW related Wedding favors including chocolates and beachy themed favor sacks.  We also make natural Driftwood table signs hand burnt using pyrography in the names required with a hand tied celtic knotwork decoration.  At LoveDub Weddings we love the outdoors and try to encourage people to be as eco-friendly as possible in their choices for their Wedding.  Without trying hard you can include many environmental twists to your day that will give pleasure to your guests and be the talk of the tables.
One of the many environmental causes we are very involved with is The Woodland Trust tree planting campaign.  At LoveDub Weddings for each Wedding attended we plant a tree at the desired location of our Wedded couple through the managed native woodlands highlighted on the Woodland Trust Website http://woodlandtrustshop.com/dedicate-a-tree . This everlasting gift fromLoveDub Weddings comes straight from our profits and helps us to reduce our carbon emmisions created when attending the many Weddings we are booked for on a yearly basis making us as Eco-friendly as possible.  This year alone we have dedicated 165 trees in many woodlands throughout the UK.
We also utilise driftwood scoured from the beaches of the only coastal National Park in pembrokeshire to create beautiful, natural table centre pieces.  These come in a range of shapes and sizes and are all hand burnt by ourselves to portray the name's required for your table plans.  The sign is also decorated with aged rope hand-knotted in the form of a celtic heart, again these can be naturally dyed to co-ordinate with your colour scheme or to stay as natural as possible to retain the hessian colour that cives it a beachy feel.  See our website for a few images of recent signs created for our Brides and Grooms.
VW related table favors are also a huge hit on the website.  We offer factory made chocolate VW lollipops or hand-made VW spiltscreen buses and beetles hand-wrapped in a foil colour that co-ordinates with your Wedding.  We also hand make hessian favor sacks that are decorated with a manilla tag with a beetle or camper inprint with a colour co-ordinated glitter detail.  The sacks are filled with mini red chocolate hearts and again look very natural and shabby chic.  Also available for your table are chocolate red roses by the dozen and chocolate cigars great for the ladies and gents and the Wedding Breakfast.
We are also authorised and certified charity raisers for the Meningitis Trust in the UK and shall be collecting for this amazing charity at the fayre.  There shall be a collection bucket to raise funds and raffle tickets to be entered into a christmas prize draw for research into the life-threatening illness and for support and help for those families who have been affected by the  condition and lost children, family members & friends.  The meningitis trust aims to help people to notice the early signs and symptoms of the illness to try to reduce the numbers of those seriously affected by the disease .  Handy wallet size cards will also be available explaining the many symptoms to look for and you never know it may just help you save a life.
Here at LoveDub Weddings we do love to capture the relaxed but natural side to your day and this is also portrayed in the photographs that we capture.  Our photography portfolio will also be on display for you to consider our ultimate Grande Wedding package of 2 x VW's and 2 x professional photographers for your Wedding day.
WE shall be waering our LoveDub Weddings T-shirts so you cant miss us!! See you at Gate 7 at the Millenium Stadium from 11am - 4pm tommorrow!!!
