LoveDub Weddings really loves to be able to help out and this year shall be sponsoring "Under The Driftwood Tree", a five piece Surf Folk band from Cardiff who are trying to make it to the Big Time. They have had a session on the BBC with Fearne Cotton's show "Introducing....." and supported Jack Johnsonon his "Into the Sea" tour 2010. They are due to release their debut Albumn, If only if, Summer 2012. Look out for them at a few festivals this year and gigging around the UK. |

Here at LoveDub Weddings we are always looking for the next thing to increase our business and custom base. We already offer Wedding photography as part of our Grande Wedding package but have noticed an increased demand for our photography with out the cars. Wow......what a crazy few days we have had here at LoveDub Weddings base..November and December are always very quiet regarding bookings and enquiries due to the Christmas period but January has been so busy so far!!! New bookings for the VW's are flying in and dates are now becoming so scarce for the 2012 season. Sidour new VW camper is proving popular and we are now starting to fill his diary. Watching the sunset from the top of Llantrisant Hill tonight has made me feel very sad.....the winter day seems to come and go so quickly and before you know it you are submerged into a dark winter night. Winter is so bitter sweet as it brings some quiet days which I wish to disappear so quickly as I long for the Wedding season to start and the long Summer days to arrive. However, Winter is the only time that we spend with our family and do so many lovely things together but that is all over so quickly and the dry crisp winter days are so scarce that they are cherished dearly where possible. |

Browsing through the internet asI do late at night, I came across an article in a Wedding magazine online which featured our friends at Calico Moon. It referred to how the business had evolved and become a success. And gave full credit to LoveDub Weddings for our help. Bethany, a complete stranger to me, sent me an Email in early 2010 expressing her desire to set up a successful VW Wedding business and needed some advice on a few things. I did not hesitateto respond and provide her with all the advice and support she needed in theearly days. |

Well things are hotting up here at LoveDub Weddings!!! We are so busy with the preparations for the pending season.  Frankie Is currently having an engine clean and the engine is currently on the workshop floor in pieces as a rebuild is taking place. His interior is being completely valeted and polished and all his Porsche Fuchs Alloys are off being maticulously cleaned and polished.  The LoveDub The LoveDub is in the process of having two new front arches resprayed and changed due to age related issues so that she is looking gorgeous for the Wedding's and photography sessions. |

Today we have commissioned another vintage VW splitscreen Camper for all our disappointed enquirers who have been unable to make a booking with LoveDub Weddings due to our availability. "Sid" is a 15 window VW Splitscreen Camper with a Blue and white exterior and matching interior. We shall update a few pictures of Sid over the next few days. Well the time has come to get real and realise that having a fantastic business and stunning cars means emotional sacrifices. Our home is now far to small for our growing family and having four Wedding cars means that the storage facility we love and cherish is now becoming too small for the expanding fleet. We have decided to severe the maternal ties to our home for the past 12years and search a more suitable property for our ever demanding needs as a family and business. The house has gone on the market today and the hunt for a suitable property begins. |
